The apartment was enormous and came stocked with a thoughtful welcome pack. The air conditioning was a blessing in the heat, and the staff's willingness to help.

The kitchen was quite basic with limited utensils, and we found some noise disturbances from neighboring guests that affected our relaxation. The pool area, though nice, could get crowded at times.

We were in en suite apartment.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was amazing to the town square where you can enjoy a coffee or a beer with the locals. I think it was great value. I truly enjoyed the authentic cuisine served in the outdoor restaurant.

Breakfast was missed.

While the air conditioning was decent, I was horrified the room cleaning was minimal, like, just making the beds? Plus, it baffles me that there was no complimentary welcome pack to. This could've been a lovely stay, almost worth a good review, but here we are.

This property is in an excellent and absolutely perfect location, just next door to the ocean in Ciutadella, harbour and leafy avenues and the restaurants in the evening.

The location and size of the apartments

cleaning is terrible, only stretch the beds and most days do not spend even the bathrooms to change the towels, only if you claim at the reception you change them. We were also unlucky enough to run into a rat on the stairs the day before our stay ended and were told by the hotel manager that she would call the fumigation company who apparently fumigated every month. If you went to the cleaning staff to complain the answer was that they had 22 apartments to clean and reception staff went to ask for a complaint sheet because there was a day when we arrived at night and room was not cleaned and they did not even know where the sheets were. director did put everything in her power to correct these problems as soon as she heard about them.

The kitchen had everything from a coffee machine to an oven. Daily cleaning was great, and the two outdoor pools were super clean. Fine sea views from the balcony were perfect for sunset. Super nice team with info about local spots.

The aparthotel is located nicely in front of the sea and near the port and the center. All rooms possess a sea view. Nice clean swimming pools and rooms. The price was a good bargain.

On our arrival at 12.30 we were said that we have to wait until 3.00 p.m. to have the room. At 3.30 the room was still not ready. We got it at 4.00 p.m. The personnel is not well trained. The print out of an invoice takes them 30 minutes.

situation is good, only 10 minutes walk from the center and port, super quiet area and next to a cliff with some impressive sunsets, in fact depending on which building is your apartment you could see them from the balcony. They have good details like the welcome drink, amenities, coffee machine with capsules and mineral water, surprise box! reception staff is correct and friendly.

Cleaning and maintenance in general. They are modern apartments in which you could be very .. as at home .. and instead you notice that it has not been cleaned thoroughly, and that is not doing a follow-up in its maintenance, all the taps are passed and rusted, the doors swollen and very deteriorated, the door of the little garden was unlocked .. details, in this case, for bad, q do not make you feel comfortable or want to psar a little there. In a few years it might not be a choice for us again, if we do not give importance to this kind of thing.

Just a smart choice for a weekend break in Ciutadella with excellent value for money. The air conditioning really helped keep the room cool during the hot days. Bring your own cooking essentials because the kitchen is basic with limited utensils.

Big spacious apartment with all the facilities needed. Close to town and lovely view form balcony. Staff we met were friendly and helpful and we received a glass of champagne on arrival.

We went for 6 nights and lived an unforgettable stay, since we arrived the staff at the reception very friendly, we were offered from water to champagne, as a matter of having a better room than I was assigned ask the possibility of accommodating us, with so much demand for occupation I was offered a penthouse number 5, I recommend not only for price and quality, If not that their views are unmissable, view of the sea to the bay, lighthouse and sunset, indelible to the eyes and memory of one, likewise I want to thank all its staff and above all to whom unfortunately I do not remember his name, I attended the reception, who cordially made possible this room, its recommendations of coves and restaurants. Perfect location very close to the historical center, port, bars and restaurants of first level . I reiterate my thanks to all the staff.

Highly recommend for families

We had a huge two-bedroom apartment with a fine sea view! The adult-only pool was quiet and my mum just loved it for relaxation.

It was a bit pricey but we chose luxury for a reason.

A very spacious apartment with sea and pool views. The staff were always incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and kept tidy and there were always enough sun beds.

The kitchen wasn't amazingly equipped and the storage space for clothes in the bedroom wasn't all that well thought out - could have done with a few shelves...

Great Apartments , clean very modern and ever so spacious with balconies..., great location approx 5 minutes from the marina , with other bars and restaurants well within walking distance, 5 mins to supermarket. there is a small beach approx 10 minutes walk away. If you go further in the town larger amenities can be found.

These apartments have just been taken over by a larger group who have apartments on Majorca . At the moment they had no snack bar , but did supply poolside drinks , soft drinks and cocktails ...... I'm sure there will be more to follow .
